November Meeting - Deb Hoeffner

We meet at the James Lorah Auditorium on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30pm. The meetings are free and open to all.

Our speaker for the month of November is Deb Hoeffner.

Deb is a professional artist and illustrator. Her work has been widely published in books, magazines and more. Working in the traditional mediums of pencil, watercolor, pastel and oils, these are masterfully used to create realistic yet painterly images in the artist’s own uniquely colorful soft realism style.

Her presentation "Finding a Hero" details her process of creating the illustrations for a book, "Trucker: The True Story of a Hero Colt". This book describes the story of a very special little horse named Trucker and the rescue of 33 Morgan horses by the Equine Rescue League of Virginia.
